Ernst Kovacic, violin + conductor (ensembles)

"Interpreters are connected through their instruments by a mysterious network with composers, their fellow players, the audience and many other things. The goal is to sharpen perception of everything that may be suspended in this web ... and yet to stand firmly on both your legs." (Ernst Kovacic)

Most recently the three musicians performed new trios including world premieres by Friedrich Cerha and Kaja Saariaho, Rolf Wallin, and Mirek Srnka.
EK is a teacher at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna and conducts master classes and seminars in many countries.
